What can you expect from us?
We will walk and guide you through 3 phases:
MATCH: during the screening we look for your ambitions, your needs, your skills and competencies. Based on this we match you to a role and company.
The choice is up to you. Out of the different opportunities, you will select the ones you’re interested in.
DEVELOP: As a junior consultant, you will enroll in our Start Smart program. We believe as a young professional you need to develop some core competencies. We selected 15 competencies which will be the basis to train you. We will train you not only on hard skills but also on soft skills.
And, that’s where we make the difference. You will have a personal coach who will be your sidekick and who will help you boosting your career. Each 3 months you’ll have a coaching session to discuss your progress, problems you encounter,….
INTEGRATE: your (career) growth is our focus. Our mission is to kick-start your career and to integrate you into a role and company that fits you. After 2 years, you will have the opportunity to grow your career within the clients’ organization.
