DEVELOP: As a junior consultant, you will enroll in our Start Smart program. We believe as a young professional you need to develop some core competencies. We selected 15 competencies which will be the basis to train you. We will train you not only on hard skills but also on soft skills.
And, that’s where we make the difference. You will have a personal coach who will be your sidekick and who will help you boosting your career. Each 3 months you’ll have a coaching session to discuss your progress, problems you encounter,….
