To face our constant growth, we are currently actively looking for a Team Leader - Physico-chemistry (HPLC)

You will work on innovative (bio)pharmaceutical products under development (non-clinical and clinical phases). 

You will be part of a team involved in projects outsourced by our clients.
Those projects are on the development, validation and/or application of analytical methods for the characterization and quality control of NCE’s.

You will report to the Analytical Team Manager (ATM)

You will manage a team of 5 to 6 people (Scientists, Analysts and Technicians).

In this role, you will be accountable for:
• Managing all HR aspects such as
o Participation to selection interviews
o Staff evaluation
o Ensuring monthly coaching meeting with staff members 

• Co-ordinating projects and resources according to defined priorities
o Planning of staff members activities
o Technical troubleshooting
o Writing and/or verifying reports on projects for clients,
o Managing documentation follow-up
• Being the point of contact for clients regarding any technical aspect.

Scientific background
• Relevant laboratory experience in a regulated environment such as GMP
• Strong technical expertise in HPLC 
· Very good knowledge of other laboratory techniques such as: KF, UV, Colorimetry, Pharmacopeias tests
• Fluent in French
• Very good communication skills both in French and English (B2 level) - writing scientific documents, reports, protocols and mails, phone conferences, contacts with clients 

• Practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry 
• First experience in managing a team
