Primary Tasks & Responsibilities

Managing deviations related to the activity in the unit
Defining corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
Initiating and describing the deviation
Identifiying the root-cause (operator interviews, 5Whys, 6M, gemba tour, etc.)
Completing the deviation in the system
Creating KPIs to follow the management of deviations
Ensuring the deviation closure within delay

Required Experience & Knowledge

Diploma in Life Sciences
At least a theoretical knowledge of deviations is needed
Experience in deviation management (during internships for example) will be a very strong asset
At least a theoretical knowledge of good manufacturing practices and of pharmaceutical production environment is needed
