Primary Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Managing deviations related to the activity in the unit
  • Defining corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
  • Initiating and describing the deviation 
  • Identifiying the root-cause (operator interviews, 5Whys, 6M, gemba tour, etc.) 
  • Completing the deviation in the system
  • Creating KPIs to follow the management of deviations
  • Ensuring the deviation closure within delay

Required Experience & Knowledge

  • Diploma in Life Sciences
  • At least a theoretical knowledge of deviations is needed
  • Experience in deviation management (during internships for example) will be a very strong asset
  • At least a theoretical knowledge of good manufacturing practices and of pharmaceutical production environment is needed
